There are multiple issues with this wonderful game that make the Hard Drive especially susceptible to stutter. Some theory behind it: I usually play PUBG PC and when my in-game settings are set to Very low or low I get low fps below 100. Man, I wonder what's the common denominator, aside from PUBG itself, that causes even high end rigs to be getting stutter? Just so you know PuBG is extremely more demanding in these regards do to the dynamics of the game world and the sheer number of actors (loot, vehicles, player count, planes, projectiles, destructible assets, doors, glass, AI etc).
